Our client is seeking an entry-level Bilingual Help Desk Analyst that is fluent in both French and English (written and verbal in both). This is a great opportunity to jump-start your career with an amazing company. Besides the day-to-day responsibilities of a Bilingual Help Desk Analyst, you will also gain exposure to project management methods and will be responsible for light project coordination, and help the team with project documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Notify the manager when there are issues, risks or schedules cannot be met
  • Maintain a high work ethic
  • Able to think outside of the box and to be innovative and resourceful
  • Ability to quickly learn new software technologies
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effectively communicate to all parties involved in both French and English
  • Team contributor, Highly organized, An eye for detail
  • Have the ability to discern key aspects of a problem and address them at an early state by determining the best resolution
  • Taking service desk calls and participating in after-hours and on-call support in both French and English

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience or education in Information Technology or Engineering
  • 1 year of Help Desk experience, or in a similar role
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent phone manners
  • Must be fluent in both French and English, written and verbal
